Sales Modern Trade

Must be aware of all MT chains in respective locations, about category teams & stores managers
Distribution Management: Territory planning including frequency of visits, achieving width and depth of distribution
Sales plan: Primary and secondary sales planning to optimize sales and ensuring no stock out
Sales Forecasting: Assess market demand inventory management and promotion planning
Market Coverage: Maximize distribution coverage of the entire territory
Promotion: To plan & implement local promotions and optimize trade promo inputs
Training & Developments: Impart training to sales staff & business associates on product knowledge, market coverage, company plans and objective
Competitive information: tracking and analyzing competitors actions and timely reporting
