1.Convert the leads generated by the marketing team into customers / generate self-leads into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground

activities in corporates, clubs etc).

2.Convince the customer for site visits to the property, handle objections, liaison with Internal Teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

3.Ensure that the customers are satisfied with their Ridhira Zen Experience

4.Good in the B2C sale

5.Negotiate contracts and packages.

6.Work towards achieving monthly targets.

7.Must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana
