Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team . As a Sales Manager, Related to Fire Fighting Industry, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets, requiring 5 to 7years of relevant experience. The job is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Sales Role
  • Minimum 5years Experience
  • Experience in Fire Fighting Industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights to inform decision-making
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Known Languages English, Hindi &Telugu


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
  • Set ambitious sales targets and work with the team to achieve them
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
