Company Overview
Washmatic commenced its operations in 2005 and is a part of Aster Group (in business since 1989). The Company is focused on providing end to end ware washing solutions to all establishments which serve food and beverages. We manufacture dishwashers, accessories and crate washers which are marketed through our country wide sales network consisting of our own offices and distributors. Our Group Companies are also engaged in providing solutions to hospitality segment in the area of food & beverage production as well as service.
The Company is managed by a team of professional managers.
Washmatic provides complete solutions to its clients through technical support teams well versed with Indian conditions, machine applications, wash load estimation, ware handling conveyors, tabling, work flow, HACCP practices, aesthetics etc.
Washmatic has sales and service network across the country with regional
centres at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Kottayam
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Washmatic India Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets. This role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and is a full-time position. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in dealer management and channel development
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to travel
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Manage and build relationships with key dealers, distributors, and customers
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive sales growth
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
