Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for a freelance position, operating at a mid-level to Senior Level. The role requires a dynamic individual with 4+ years of work experience in business development, situated in any of the following locations: Jaipur, Pune, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, or Mumbai. The role demands a strong capability in enhancing sales and driving business growth across diverse industries.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in sales with a strategic approach to lead generation and client engagement. Sales, lead generation, and business growth strategies are mandatory skills for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability in inside sales with a knack for converting prospects into successful clients through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in new client acquisitions, ensuring the establishment of impactful and lasting client relationships to foster organizational growth.
  • Experience in email marketing to effectively reach and retain clients, leveraging data analysis to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
  • Adept in using LinkedIn as a tool for networking, prospecting, and establishing professional connections to drive business development goals.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of market research methodologies, analyzing market trends to inform strategic business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling clear conveyance of ideas and fostering positive client interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, with an analytical mindset to navigate challenges and capitalize on new business opportunities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business growth and sales targets, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities. Specifically in the recruitment industry.
  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities in various industries, initiating and nurturing business relationships.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights, assessing competitive landscapes to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Utilize sales techniques to qualify leads and turn them into clients, consistently reaching or surpassing sales goals and metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and correspondence; negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as the primary contact to address queries and ensure business retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to proactively adjust business development strategies.
