Job Overview


We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at HappyFitto, a leading healthy food company in India. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of healthy and delicious snacks to consumers. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Good negotiation and persuasive skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell HappyFitto's range of healthy snacks to potential customers
  • Identify and create new sales opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions
  • Participate in sales meetings, product trainings, and promotional events
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth sales processes
