TheRole

TheEngagement Manager is the pivot of our consulting business byowning the P&L for a

set(or multiple set of accounts) driving analyticsbased decisionmaking among our

customers.The role calls upon diverse skill sets and is at the intersectionexemplary

thoughtleadership and efficient project management at a fundamental and iskey to

acceleratethe revenue growth of thefirm.

KeyResponsibilities

Project Management: Managing the entireproject lifecycle ensuring the project is

ontime and within budget.

Team Leadership & Development:Leading coaching and mentoring a team of

Associatesand Business Analysts.

Problem Solving: The ability to dissectcomplex business problems and create

actionablesolutions.

Client Relationship Management: Buildingand maintaining strong client

relationships.

Business Acumen & DomainExpertise: Deep and evolving understanding ofthe

clientsindustry and the broader businesslandscape.

Communication Skills: Effectivelyconveying ideas and findings adapting

communicationstyle to the audience.

Integrity & Professionalism:Adhering to Saras values and professionalstandards.

Business Development and Revenue Growth:Identifying new business opportunities

andgrowing existing client relationships.

Revenue Retention and Client Satisfaction:Ensuring high client satisfaction leading

torepeat engagements and longtermrelationships.

Performance Management: Define clear rolesset SMART goals and objectively

evaluateperformance of individuals on the team.

CrossTeam Collaboration: Workingeffectively with diverse teams.

Organizational Development: Support orginitiatives like hiring and training.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changingrequirements.

Demonstrate capability to own a $ 1Million P&L
