Email Marketing Manager

Rolesand Responsibilities: Create strategies androadmap for direct to consumer channels (emailpushnotification and SMS) to drive new useracquisition increased conversion andimprovedengagement
Collaborate with content marketing product teams to developengaging and revenuedrivingcommunications
Identify effective ways to better target customers via segmentationandpersonalizationtactics. Build segmentation filters forcampaigns using Klaviyo marketing automation tooltoimprove customerjourneys. Work with engineering and designto implement emails and pushnotificationsincluding but not limited tobuilding & sending emails pulling audiencesegmentsa/b testing &reporting) Develop deep understanding ofcustomers and build customer targeting segmentationandcommunication strategies to maximize theconversion rate cross sell purchase rate.Build marketing automation and triggers to engage and convertprospects and customersacross the customerjourney Continuously conduct A/B tests andanalyse results to develop insights toimproveconversion rate retention and memberloyalty Provide ongoing reporting campaigninsights and revenue pacing tostakeholdersQualifications andRequirements: 10 years of experience andproven track record in developingmultichannelroadmapsExperience working in a strong metrics driven culture to measurethe channelimpactsAdvanced knowledge of Klaviyo and other relevant CRMsoftware. Experience in customersegmentation strategies and subscriber managementacrossmultiple channelsdeliverability.Excel A/B testing experimentdesign campaign analysis Strongorganizational and communication skillsExhibit willingness and flexibility to work in a small teamenvironment Experience withecommerce. Experience with data integrationmethods and reporting tools including APIs.Ability to work independently as a selfstarter and a contributingmember of a team. Extraordinarytimemanagement skills. Understanding ofplatforms/tools / technologies like Shopify KlaviyoGoogleAnalytics Excel & PowerPointEtc.
