  • Assist withbudget preparation and monitoring
  • Handlegeneral ledger entries
  • Conduct regularfinancial analysis
  • Maintain confidentiality offinancial information
  • Communicate with clientsvendors and internal stakeholders
  • Assist withaudit preparation
  • Support with financialdecisionmaking processes
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or related field
  • Provenexperience as a Bookkeeper or in a similarrole
  • Proficient in accounting software and MSExcel
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principlesand practices
  • Attention to detail and accuracyin work
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to handleconfidential information with integrity
  • Goodcommunication and interpersonalabilities
  • Understanding of financialregulations and compliance
  • Experience withpayroll processing and tax reporting
  • Ability towork independently and as part of a team
  • Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability tomeet deadlines and work underpressure
  • Certified Bookkeeper designation is aplus
  • Knowledge of industryspecific financialprocedures isadvantageous
