Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Ticketing Executive to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Ticketing Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth ticketing process for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in ticketing or a related field.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in ticketing or a related field
  • Proficiency in using ticketing software and reservation systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with airline policies, fare structures, and travel regulations
  • Knowledge of visa processing and travel documentation requirements
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the ticketing process for clients including booking, scheduling, and rescheduling of flights, trains, and other modes of transportation
  • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of tickets, vouchers, and itineraries
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests related to ticketing
  • Assist clients with travel arrangements, including hotel booking, car rentals, and visa processing
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, fare structures, and travel regulations
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify potential upselling opportunities and provide customized travel packages
  • Coordinate with airline and transportation providers to resolve any issues or delays faced by clients
  • Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to existing bookings as per client requirements
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to enhance the ticketing process
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and report any discrepancies or irregularities to the supervisor
