Overview:

Asa Travel Desk Executive you will be responsible for coordinatingand facilitating travel arrangements for employees within theorganization. Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth andefficient travel logistics including flight bookings hotelaccommodations ground transportation and any other relatedservices. You will need to demonstrate strong organizational skillsattention to detail and excellent communication abilities toeffectively manage travel needs and provide exceptional customerservice.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinatedomestic and international travel arrangements for employeesincluding flights accommodations and groundtransportation.
  • Researchand compare travel options to ensure costeffectiveness whilemeeting employee preferences and company travelpolicies.
  • Communicatewith employees to gather travel requirements preferences and anyspecial accommodationsneeded.
  • Liaisewith travel agencies airlines hotels and other vendors to securebookings and negotiate favorable rates andterms.
  • Managetravel itineraries including changes or cancellations as needed andprovide timely updates totravelers.
  • Assisttravelers with visa processing travel insurance and otherdocumentationrequirements.
  • Resolveany travelrelated issues or emergencies that may arise during thetrip providing timely support andsolutions.
  • Maintainaccurate records of travel expenses invoices and reimbursementsensuring compliance with company policies and budgetaryguidelines.
  • Stayupdated on travel industry trends regulations and best practices tooptimize travel services and enhance the overall travelexperience.
  • Collaboratewith other departments such as HR and finance to streamline travelprocesses and address any crossfunctional needs orconcerns.
Qualifications:
  • Provenexperience in a similar role preferably within the travel orhospitalityindustry.
  • Strongknowledge of travel booking systems online travel platforms andrelevant softwareapplications.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interacteffectively with employees at alllevels.
  • Exceptionalorganizational skills and attention to detail with the ability tomanage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizeeffectively.
  • Problemsolvingand decisionmaking abilities with a proactive approach to resolvingissues and ensuring customersatisfaction.
  • Flexibilityto adapt to changing travel schedules and priorities includingoccasional afterhourssupport.
  • Knowledgeof travel regulations visa requirements and international travelprotocols is aplus.
  • Customerserviceoriented mindset with a commitment to delivering highqualityservice and support totravelers.
