**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and stakeholders in a professional and friendly manner.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.

**Front Desk Operations**:Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Manage the reception area, including handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Keep an updated record of appointments and ensure seamless scheduling.

**Sales Support**:Assist the sales team in administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining client records.
Provide product information and promotional materials to potential clients.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels.

**Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Collect feedback from clients to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Administrative Tasks**:Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
Prepare sales reports and assist in the preparation of sales presentations.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and project management, to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Familiarity with the construction, infrastructure, or real estate industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
