We are looking for a Customer SuccessSpecialist who can develop and maintain longterm businessrelationships by serving as an internal advocate and client liaisonfor ourorganisation.
AsCustomer Success Specialist you will help craft the companyscustomer success strategies building strong relationships withcustomers and collaborating with crossfunctional leaders internallyto deliver consistently excellent customerexperiences.
KeyResponsibilities: Own overallrelationship with new and old clients which includes managingonboarding smooth transition increasing adoption ensuring retentionand high levels of customersatisfaction.Maintain and develop customersuccess strategies and bestpractices.Communicate effectively with bothinternal and external seniorlevel management to understand customerneeds maximise retention and growth and communicatelearnings.Maintain existing customer successmetrics and data as directed.Providecritical insights to the product team as a means to improve ourdeveloping platform.Contribute toinitiatives outside of customer conversations that better thecustomer experience both lowtouch andhightouch.Effectively maintaining clientrelationships with followup collecting regularfeedback.
RequiredSkills:Minimum experience of2 to 5 years as Customer Success Specialist for a productbasedcompany in the IT sector.Experience workingwith SaaS products.Preferably with workingexperience in a startup.Technical curiosityor experience willingness to learn newthingsProven ability to educate executivedecisionmakers building and maintaining relationships withthem.
