Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
- Experience in Key accounts management is preferred
- Experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales/or post sales/ or customer success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in sales field 3 – 5 years’ experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining good relationship between existing and new clients.
2. Handling delivery of new sales projects (after sales).
3. Responsible for the delivery the project on real time basis.
4. Handling and addressing all the queries, grievances and Escalation of the clients
5. Co-ordinating and updating the project status to clients and management on real time basis.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- US Market experience
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
Timing: 7:00PM – 4:00AM – US SHIFT (Monday to Friday) WORK FROM OFFICE
