Job Title: Outbound Sales Development Representative (B2B SaaS)

Location: Kashmere Gate, Delhi (Hybrid Mode)

NP: Immediate Joiner

Experience: 1-2 Years

About Us:

Messaging apps particularly WhatsApp have taken our personal and work-life conversations by storm. We build innovative Workplace tools on top of commonly used communication channels such as WhatsApp, Phone Calls, messages, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through outbound prospecting (via LinkedIn, calls, etc) in international markets such as the UK, UAE, Europe, and more.

Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns to engage prospects and generate meetings for the sales team.

Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects, nurturing them from lead to opportunity stage.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, tailor outreach, and close deals.

Meet or exceed monthly lead generation quotas and contribute to revenue targets.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales development, ideally in the SaaS industry.

Proven experience in international sales, in markets like the UK, UAE, Europe, etc.

Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and CRM systems to research and generate leads.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different international audiences.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid environment.
