Outbound Sales Representative

RoadCast’s technology expertise has been successful in helping our customers create efficient supply chains across the world. Our Ai powered technology backs some of the leading enterprises globally.
**Responsibilities**:
2. Conduct market research to identify target industries and potential customers within the GPS industry.
3. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently generating new leads and opportunities.
4. Engage with prospects to understand their requirements, pain points, and business challenges related to GPS solutions.
5. Educate potential customers about our GPS products and services, highlighting their features and benefits.
6. Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and quotes for prospective clients.
8. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
10. Provide post-sales support and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
11. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to effectively position our products in the market.
12. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide valuable customer feedback and contribute to product development strategies.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as an Outbound Sales Representative or a similar sales role.
2. Previous experience in the GPS industry or related technology sectors is a strong advantage.
3. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with potential clients.
5. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert prospects into customers.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
8. High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address customer needs.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
