In less than four years, we’ve sold over 3 million products worldwide, including Phone (1), which was listed on Time Magazine's Best Inventions of 2022 for Innovative Smartphone Design. In 2023, we released two second-generation products: the powerful audio companion Ear (2) and the highly anticipated Phone (2), marking our US debut.

We also launched CMF by Nothing, our sub-brand focused on making wonderful design accessible to all. In March 2024, we welcomed our third smartphone, Phone (2a). A powerfully unique device that enables even more people to experience the best of Nothing innovation. 

A few weeks later in April 2024, we welcomed our new audio line-up. Introducing Ear, our best-ever audio experience, and Ear (a); the brightest, most vivid new member of the Nothing family.

The Role: 

We are looking for enthusiastic and seasoned State Heads to join our vibrant sales team in North, South, East & West. The role will focus on driving sales for Nothing and building the brand in various states.

The incumbent will also be responsible for building a strong relationship with the regional distributors, key retailers, local regulatory bodies, etc. This role will entail developing a keen and sharp understanding of local customer needs and hence market Nothing’s products based on both global positioning and local requirements.


What you’ll do: 

Appoint and manage trade partners in the assigned geography Develop and execute business plans, drive and achieve company objectives Execute different scheme implementation & timely settlement of payouts Provide clear and consistent communication across the region with respect to schemes, incentives, payouts, etc. Ensure timely reporting from Channel partners pertaining to key parameters like Secondary sales, Market Share data, Distribution gaps, and Marketing initiatives Responsible for forecasting the Sales trend for the future and highlighting market insights for continuous improvement of business hygiene and market share Ensure right visibility at the marketplace while coordinating with relevant departments for the execution Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and various stakeholders Build and maintain the activity of performance reports and activity dashboards Initiate creative local marketing strategies and execute them to generate incremental sales Monitoring of local operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency Own and drive the daily sell-in, sell-out, cash inflow, and outflow to ensure smooth operations Drive local PR by creating city-specific PR relationships and representing Nothing at local events. 

What we are looking for: 

At least 5-8 years of GT sales role in the smartphone industry MBA/ PG in Business Management Good Communication skills
