Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at ProManage IT Solutions. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. This is a Junior level position with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Sales. The job is located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and is a full-time employment opportunity.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in web development, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends.
  • Proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of proposal writing and preparing sales documentation.
  • International sales experience is a plus.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand professional networks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
