JobSummary:We arelooking for a talented Paid Social Media Executive with a minimumof 2.5 years of experience working in a digital marketing agencysetting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planningimplementing and optimizing paid social media campaigns acrossvarious platforms to meet client objectives. This role requires adeep understanding of social media advertising excellentcommunication skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpacedagencyenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities:
  • Developand execute paid social media strategies for clients ensuringalignment with their marketing objectives and budgetconstraints.
  • Managethe endtoend execution of paid social campaigns including campaignsetup ad creative development audience targeting and ongoingoptimization.
  • Conductthorough audience research and segmentation to identify targetdemographics and interests for each clientcampaign.
  • Collaboratewith clients and internal teams to define campaign goals KPIs andreportingrequirements.
  • Monitorcampaign performance metrics closely analyze data insights andprovide regular performance reports toclients.
  • Optimizecampaigns based on performance data adjusting targeting ad creativeand budget allocation as needed to improveresults.
  • Stay uptodateon industry trends platform updates and best practices in paidsocial mediaadvertising.
  • Act as aprimary point of contact for clients regarding paid social mediacampaigns addressing questions concerns and providing strategicrecommendations.
  • Workclosely with crossfunctional teams including creative content andanalytics to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment withclientobjectives.
  • Provideguidance and mentorship to junior team members sharing expertiseand best practices in paid social mediaadvertising.

QualificationsandSkills:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Communications Advertising or relatedfield.
  • Minimum of 2.5years of experience managing paid social media campaigns within adigital marketing agencyenvironment.
  • Proficiencyin social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads ManagerTwitter Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manageretc.
  • Strong analyticalskills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data drawactionable insights and make datadrivendecisions.
  • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills with the ability toeffectively communicate campaign strategies results andrecommendations toclients.
  • Detailorientedwith strong organizational skills and the ability to managemultiple client accountssimultaneously.
  • Creativethinking and the ability to develop engaging ad copy imagery andvideo content for social mediacampaigns.
  • Experiencewith A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimizationtechniques.
  • Uptodateknowledge of digital marketing trends social media platforms andindustry bestpractices.
  • Proventrack record of successfully managing and optimizing paid socialmedia campaigns to achieve clientobjectives.
