RequirementsRolesand Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for the Onboarding of WABAclients.

Which will include ensuring that they have FBverified.

If they dont have FB verified the FBM agent must complete theprocess with theclient.

This role will be responsible for doing essential followup untilthe activation process iscompleted.

Reports need to be built monthly and weekly for activationstatus.

Candidates should have good written and spoken Englishskills.

Candidate must have good customer supportetiquette.

Minimum1 year of work experience in Customer Onboarding
Graduated
