Role/ Job Title: Territory Sales Manager- SEPL
Function/ Department : Sales
Job Purpose:
The role bearer has the responsibility of sourcing Business Loan and Professional loan from Branches / Open Market / Online aggregators and through Call Centre using DSTs and establishing a quality portfolio. It entails managing a team, maintain strong relationships, foster co-operation, and communicate effectively across different mediums. The role bearer must make sure adherence to the policies and guidelines set. The execution of these tasks must be accomplished in such manner which is both sales supportive and risk averse contributing to the larger objectives of the bank.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Managing Branches / Open Market / Online aggregators / Call center and acquiring business from them Good communication skills as needed to communicate daily with branch team, BMs, Cluster heads and regional heads for business generation and leads. Ensuring quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, operations, and current market trends. Identifying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and providing high quality customer service. Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service.Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduation
Experience: 2 to 5 years’ experience in SEPL
