Designation: Business Development ExecutivePosition
Overview:The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role inidentifying new business opportunities fostering relationships withkey stakeholders in the healthcare industry and driving the salesof our advanced wound care devices. This role demands a proactiveindividual with a deep understanding of the healthcare sectorexcellent communication skills and a strategic approach to businessdevelopment.
Note: Fromboth private and government sales background in the healthcaresector Key Responsibilities: Identify andresearch potential clients and business opportunities within thehealthcare sector focusing on hospitals clinics and other medicalfacilities. Develop and implementstrategies for acquiring new clients and expanding existingrelationships. Arrange appointments withdoctors pharmacists and hospital medical teams which may includeprearranged appointments or regular cold calling. Conduct market analysis to identify trendscompetitor activities and potential business opportunities in thewound care technology market. Prepare anddeliver compelling presentations and proposals to doctors practicestaff and nurses highlighting the benefits and effectiveness of ourwound care devices. Build and maintainpositive working relationships with medical staff and supportadministrative staff. Collaborate with themarketing and product development teams to ensure alignment ofbusiness development strategies with overall company goals. Attend industry events medical conferencesand networking sessions to build and maintain a strong professionalnetwork. Manage and maintain a pipeline ofpotential clients and ensure timely followup on leads to ensurereaching the annual sales target. Negotiateand close deals with clients ensuring mutually beneficialagreements. Plan work schedules with theregional sales manager. Provide regular reports on businessdevelopment activities and results to seniormanagement. Keep up to date with the latestclinical data supplied by the company and interpret present anddiscuss this data with health professionals duringpresentationsQualifications:Science Graduate/ B. Pharma/ MBA Biotechnology/ MBA Pharma/Biotech/ Biomedical or equivalent Provenexperience (2years) in business development sales or a related rolewithin the healthcare sector. Strongunderstanding of market dynamics and industry trends in medicaldevices particularly wound care technology.Excellent communication negotiation and presentationskills. Ability to build and maintain strongrelationships with clients and stakeholders in the healthcareindustry. Excellent analytical andorganizational skills Selfmotivated with aresultsdriven approach.
* Own avehicle with a valid driving license is essential.
