Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Email Marketing Executive to join Mailercloud India's marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention. You will play a key role in enhancing our digital communication strategies to effectively reach our target audience and support our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Development:Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the company’s marketing goals.Design and develop email templates that are responsive and visually appealing, adhering to brand guidelines.Write compelling email copy that drives action and engages the audience.List Management:Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and relevant communication.Implement strategies to grow and maintain a healthy email subscriber list.Ensure email list hygiene by regularly updating and cleaning subscriber data.Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to assess campaign effectiveness.Generate detailed reports and provide insights to improve future email marketing efforts.Conduct A/B testing on various email elements (subject lines, content, layouts) to optimize performance.Automation and Personalization:Set up and manage automated email workflows, such as welcome series, re-engagement campaigns, and abandoned cart reminders.Utilize data and customer insights to personalize email content, increasing relevance and engagement.Compliance and Best Practices:Ensure all email campaigns comply with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.Stay updated on the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them as appropriate.· Email Deliverability Management:o Monitor and optimize email deliverability to ensure that campaigns reach the intended recipients' inboxes.
o Identify and address deliverability issues, including managing bounces, spam complaints, and blacklist monitoring.Skills Required:Analytical Skills:Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools for tracking campaign performance.Creative Skills:Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.Strong eye for design, ensuring emails are both visually appealing and functional.Soft Skills:Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Fluency in Hindi language is an added advantageQualifications:Education:B Tech graduates are preferableExperience:Fresher’s are consideredWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Access to the latest tools and technology in the industry.
