This role offers a unique opportunity for rapid career growth, with the potential to advance to the Head of Marketing (HOM) position within 3-9 months, depending on performance and alignment with our growth strategy.


Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of 4 years in the field to manage and lead our growing team. This role requires a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, the ability to manage complex projects, and the skill to mentor and develop a team. Work is office based at UL Cyberpark, Kozhikode, Kerala.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the needs of both our global and India-based clients, ensuring consistent growth and strong ROI.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 30+ professionals across diverse domains such as social media, SEO, graphics, web development, and strategy. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple high-stakes projects that require a high level of skill, expertise, and coordination across different teams and departments.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, enhance productivity, and achieve business goals.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, managing budgets across various campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Technology Integration: Ensure the effective use of marketing technology stacks and tools to streamline operations, improve performance, and provide valuable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and client needs.
  • Innovation and Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve our services.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of marketing professionals, with a focus on skill development and project management.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and ambitious mindset with a desire to grow into a leadership role.
