Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Cemech Luxury Paints. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets in the assigned geographic area. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and the ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned area
  • Identify potential customers and establish strong relationships to generate new business
  • Manage and grow the existing customer base by providing exceptional service and support
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the area
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional activities
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management
  • Train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
