Reporting to MD this role entails PANIndia Business Development. individual must be a gogetter able toimplement the organization's strategy for selling andgrowing the transformer ManagementServices.

Forecasts andstrategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensureprofitability. He/She actively seeks out major customers and formsgood relationships with key influencers and buyers. Motivate andensure a highly effective team of sales managers Must have stronginfluencing problemsolving and negotiation skills. Must have a goodunderstanding of market demand and customer purchasing behaviour.He/She is also required to build and maintain quality relationshipswith customers stakeholders and other companies.
Targetcustomers Cement steel metal automobile. Oil & gas powergeneration transmission distribution(Heavy engineering)

Job Role and Responsibilities:
  • Work closely withall India team and top customers of Transformer Oil Private OEMUtilities Govt. Agencies to fortify their trust in our Servicesprovided to build durable relationships.
  • Enhance new and existing business development
  • Implement and execute new Sales strategiessuccessfully
  • Ensure successful implementationof business plan Achieve Sales Targets within the specifiedtimeframe
  • Maintain an efficient payment cycleto meet the business requirement ensuring Nil outstanding byadhering to our payment policy
  • Constantlyidentify gaps and bridge those gaps to achieve business performance(with a focus on npower sales across existing clients)
  • Find new avenues to improve the business bottom line bysetting targets by bringing new customers on board
  • Ensure 90% adherence to Annual rate contract (ARC)business for last 3 FYs business
  • Work onhiring motivating developing and training sales team
  • Ensure training on functional and behaviour skills foryour team members with 100% adherence
Education and/or Work ExperienceRequirements:
  • Candidate should be a BE AND/Or MBA/PGDM with a goodacademic track record.
  • Should have worked inan Industrial serviceproviding company preferably in the field ofTransformer Maintenance Transformer Testing and High VoltageMaintenance services.
  • Should have managedPRIVATE INDUSTRIES clients from FMCG / Steel / Cement / Pharma /Oil&Gas / Automobile etc. sectors. (as we have clientsacross all sectors.)
  • Should be open to work incoworking space and travelling across India
Skills Required :
  • Excellent verbal and written communication andinterpersonal skills to manage internal and external customers ofNDL Power Ltd.
  • Should be able to establish SOPin sales function
  • Should have clearunderstanding of customer decision making process and businessconversion cycle
  • Should have business acquminwith proper understanding of margins and cost
