  • Lead train andmentor a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets anddeliver exceptional customer service
  • Developand implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base andmaximize sales opportunities
  • Coordinate andoversee the negotiation process to ensure favorable outcomes forclients and the company
  • Conduct market analysisto identify trends opportunities and potential risks in the realestate market
  • Build and maintain strong clientrelationships through effective communication and personalizedservices
  • Manage the endtoend sales process fromlead generation to closing deals and facilitatingtransactions
  • Collaborate with marketing teamsto develop and execute effective marketing strategies to promoteproperties and generate leads
  • Monitor industrydevelopments competitor activities and market conditions to makeinformed business decisions
  • Ensure compliancewith real estate laws regulations and ethical standards in alltransactions
  • Oversee contract management andreview legal documents to safeguard the interests of the companyand its clients
  • Provide regular reports andupdates on sales performance market trends and team activities tothe management
  • Participate in networking eventsindustry conferences and community outreach activities to enhancethe companys visibility andreputation
  • Strategically allocate resources andbudget to optimize the sales operations and maximizeprofitability
  • Resolve any escalated issues orconflicts with clients agents or stakeholders in a professional andefficient manner

Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing Real Estate or relatedfield
  • Proven experience in real estate saleswith a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadershiprole
  • Real Estate License or relevantcertifications as per local regulatoryrequirements
  • Demonstrated track record ofmeeting and exceeding sales targets in the real estateindustry
  • Indepth knowledge of real estatemarket trends property valuation and legal aspects of real estatetransactions
  • Exceptional leadership coachingand team management skills
  • Strong negotiationand interpersonal communication abilities with a customercentricapproach
