- Ensure compliancewith real estate laws regulations and ethical standards in alltransactions
- Oversee contract management andreview legal documents to safeguard the interests of the companyand its clients
- Provide regular reports andupdates on sales performance market trends and team activities tothe management
- Participate in networking eventsindustry conferences and community outreach activities to enhancethe companys visibility andreputation
- Strategically allocate resources andbudget to optimize the sales operations and maximizeprofitability
- Resolve any escalated issues orconflicts with clients agents or stakeholders in a professional andefficient manner

- Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing Real Estate or relatedfield
- Proven experience in real estate saleswith a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadershiprole
- Real Estate License or relevantcertifications as per local regulatoryrequirements
- Demonstrated track record ofmeeting and exceeding sales targets in the real estateindustry
- Indepth knowledge of real estatemarket trends property valuation and legal aspects of real estatetransactions
