Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Masters degree with MPhil & Ph.D. in Science and Humanities (Maths, Chemistry, Physics).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in higher education, with at least 5 years in student affairs or a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of student development theory, student services, and campus life.
  • Proven ability to handle student discipline, welfare, and extracurricular programs.

Skills:
