- Assist students in preparing for professional life, including resume building, interview skills, and networking.
Alumni Relations:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with alumni, encouraging them to participate in student mentoring, guest lectures, and campus events.

Reporting and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student activities, discipline, and welfare.
- Ensure compliance with college policies, government regulations, and accreditation standards related to student services.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A Masters degree with MPhil & Ph.D. in Science and Humanities (Maths, Chemistry, Physics).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in higher education, with at least 5 years in student affairs or a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of student development theory, student services, and campus life.
- Proven ability to handle student discipline, welfare, and extracurricular programs.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty, and administration.
