JobOverview: We are seeking a seasoned BuildingAutomation Business Leader with a minimum of 15years of experience in the building automation industryto lead our business operations. The ideal candidate will have astrong background in building automation systems and technologiesalong with extensive experience in business development sales andstrategic leadership within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business planto drive revenue growth and market expansion for Indias buildingautomation solutions.
  • Lead and mentor ahighperforming team of sales marketing and technical professionalsto achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customerservice.
  • Identify market opportunities andcustomer needs to inform product development marketing strategiesand gotomarket initiatives.
  • Cultivate andmaintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders includingbuilding owners developers architects and industryassociations.
  • Drive product innovation anddifferentiation through collaboration with global R&D teams andindustry partners.
  • Monitor market trendscompetitive landscape and regulatory requirements to identifygrowth opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existingcustomers while actively seeking out new business opportunities andpartnerships.
  • Represent Company at industryevents conferences and trade shows to enhance brand visibility andthought leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administrationor related field.
  • Minimum of 15 yearsof experience in a leadership role within the buildingautomation industry with a proven track record of driving businessgrowth and achieving sales targets.
  • Deepunderstanding of building automation systems technologies andindustry standards with a strong network within theindustry.
  • Excellent leadership communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivatecrossfunctional teams.
  • Proven ability todevelop and execute strategic business plans drive operationalexcellence and deliver results.
  • Strongbusiness acumen with a customercentric mindset and a passion forinnovation and sustainability.
  • Ability tothrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changingmarket conditions.
  • Experience working withmultinational corporations and familiarity with global businesspractices is preferred.
