about the role

Identify opportunities for automation across various departments and workflows. Research, evaluate, and select appropriate automation tools based on organizational needs, budget, and scalability. Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions, working collaboratively with developers, IT specialists, and business stakeholders. Configure, integrate, and maintain automation tools, ensuring smooth operation, security updates, and efficient troubleshooting. Develop and implement training programs to promote user adoption and ensure effective utilization of automation tools. Establish and maintain documentation for automation processes and workflows. Monitor and analyze the performance of automation solutions, measuring their impact on efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction. Identify and implement best practices for continuous improvement of the automation program.

about you

· Strong understanding of various automation tools and methodologies, including scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and API integrations.

· Ability to write scripts and automate tasks using scripting languages commonly used in automation tools.

· Skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to automation implementation and integration.

· General understanding of IT infrastructure, networking concepts, and security principles to ensure seamless integration of automation tools.

· Strong analytical skills to assess workflows, identify automation opportunities, and measure the impact of automation solutions.

· Ability to analyze data generated by automation tools to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities.

· Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Strong ability to collaborate effectively with developers, IT specialists, business stakeholders, and end-users.

· Skills to motivate and inspire team members, delegate tasks effectively, and drive successful automation initiatives.

· Proven project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor automation projects within budget and timelines.

· Ability to champion change and encourage user adoption of new automation tools and processes.

· Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new technologies and stay current with evolving automation trends.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in automation technology and tools, with a track record of successfully delivering automation projects.
