Any 10th passed & abovecan apply
1 5 years ofexperience in collections sales or Field operationsrole.
Fluent and proficient incommunication in the local language(English/Hindi/Bengali)
Takeresponsibility of effectiveness and timely completion ofwork
Understanding of the Loanprocess and documents as informed intraining
Planning organizing andtime management skills along with the ability to prioritisetasks/visits

Oneshould have their own bike and driving license(Mandatory)
