  • Lead and motivateweekend sales team to achieve salestargets
  • Develop and implement sales strategiesfor weekend operations
  • Provide exceptionalcustomer service and resolve customerissues
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure stockavailability during weekends
  • Analyze sales dataand identify opportunities to improve weekendperformance
  • Collaborate with the marketing teamto implement weekendspecific promotions
  • Ensurecompliance with company policies and procedures during weekendshifts
  • Conduct regular training sessions toenhance the skills of the weekend salesteam
  • Report weekend sales performance to seniormanagement
  • Handle escalated customer inquiriesand complaints
  • Maintain a clean and organizedsales environment during weekends
  • Contribute tothe development of a positive and productive teamculture
  • Participate in weekend sales events andpromotional activities
  • Monitor and manageweekend sales budgets and expenses
  • Stay updatedon industry trends and competitoractivities
