**Job Description:(Office work)**

**Job Title: Sales Intern**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to inform & promote the company’s product or service
- End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
- Responsible for carrying out, and handling the sales deals entirely over the phone
- Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties
- Achieving target of 10 site visits every week

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage
- MS Office & MS Excel
- Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
- Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence

**Educational Qualification & Work Experience**:

- A graduate from any discipline is preferred
- 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
- Freshers also welcome

**Salary**: From ₹17,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Travel requirement:

- No travel

**Experience**:
