Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to join our CSF team in Pune. Take a key role in large system integration and transformation projects by planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to users.
About YouYou are an accomplished leader possessing relevant industry experience of 15 to 18 years with minimum 5 years experience in Project Management. You have:
A solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment. Awareness of cloud concepts. Strong Telecom Industry OSS-BSS experience with knowledge on CSP business processes, Telecom Markets, Lines of Business, products, Networks, IT functions. A servant leader who is willing to work hard to gain the team's respect through leading from the front, enabling them, and provide any support required for achieving results. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Management – Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issue; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects. Team Management – Ensure team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging resources to improve capacity for project work. Facilitating scrum ceremonies . stand up’s, retro, sprint planning, spring reviews, and backlog refinement. Balance the Agile manifesto and the pillars of transparency, inspection, and adaption with the Hansen Agile flavor without compromising the person-at-the-center philosophy. Product Owner Support – Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
