Theorganization is working on transforming India through volunteeringwith a vision of making volunteering a national habit. We arelooking for someone passionate about promoting a strong culture ofvolunteerism and civic responsibility among corporateemployees.

Theorganization s Employee Volunteer programme will engage over a lakhvolunteers this year. The Associate Director Corporate Volunteeringwill be responsible for strategizing and improving the corporatevolunteering programmenationally.

PrimaryResponsibilitiesinclude:

  • Promotinga strong culture of volunteerism and civic responsibility amongcorporateemployees.
  • Increasevolunteer activation and recurring volunteer engagement throughcorporatepartnerships.
  • Leadcoach nurture employees and volunteer coordinators into ahighperformanceteam.
  • Buildsystems culture and the team to support the programme with a focuson continuous learning improvement and rapidgrowth.
  • Playan active role in scaling the cause of volunteerism in Indiathrough thought leadership andnetworks.

PreferredEducation Qualification /Experience:
  • Minimumfive years experience in leading teams and project management isessential.
  • Priorvolunteering experience isessential.
  • Managementdegree from a tier1 institute will be anadvantage.
  • Excellenttrack record of effectively leading and regionally and/ornationally scaling a performance and outcomesbased business will beanadvantage.
  • Strongbusiness development and/or marketing experience with the abilityto engage a wide range of stakeholders andcultures.
