Job Description

We are transforming India through volunteering with avision of making volunteering a national habit. We are looking for someonepassionate about promoting a strong culture of volunteerism and civicresponsibility among corporate employees.

Bhumi’s Employee Volunteer programme will engage over alakh volunteers this year. The Associate Director Corporate Volunteering willbe responsible for strategizing and improving the corporate volunteeringprogramme nationally.

Primary Responsibilities include:

Promoting a strong culture ofvolunteerism and civic responsibility among corporate employees.
Increase volunteer activationand recurring volunteer engagement through corporate partnerships.
Lead, coach, nurture employeesand volunteer coordinators into a high-performance team
Build systems, culture, and theteam to support the programme with a focus on continuous learning, improvement,and rapid growth.
Play an active role in scalingthe cause of volunteerism in India through thought leadership and networks.
Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
Minimum five years’ experience in leading teams andproject management is essential
Prior volunteering experience essential
Management degree from a tier-1 institute will be anadvantage
Excellent track record of effectively leading andregionally and/or nationally scaling a performance- and outcomes-based businesswill be an advantage
Strong business development and/or marketing experiencewith the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures

Strong influencing skills, people engagement, networkingand listening skills
A persuasive and passionate communicator with excellentinterpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills
Strong IT skills and aptitude for adoption of digitaltechnology

Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-drivenprogram evaluation
Excellence in organizational management, ability to coach staff, manage, and develophigh-performance teams, set, and achieve strategic objectives, and managefinances
Willingness to travel nationally

Remuneration: Negotiable based on candidate’s profile
