At Cognizant we have a diverse Legal and Corporate Administration (LCA) team working closely with business and corporate functions globally to deliver digital and information technology solutions for our global customers. The Cognizant LCA Operations team seeks an Associate Director to oversee the day-to-day technical engagement for multiple LCA departments, including Corporate Real Estate Workplace Services and Legal. This role will report to the LCA Operations leader. The role will require expertise to manage tools, projects and tasks for the LCA stakeholders. Candidate must have technology application delivery experience, be able to work on more than one project at a time, be able to work independently or with minimal direction and be able to interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner.

Responsibilities will include:

·       Support and drive with LCA teams the successful development, implementation and enhancement of department applications, systems, tools and processes

·       Lead and oversee the implementation and maintenance of LCA technology with global IT teams and external partners

·       Lead budgeting for LCA IT needs, including manage the spend for the LCA IT portfolio

·       Collaborate and help translate LCA team objectives and goals with global IT teams and external partners

·       Manage LCA portfolio of projects and ensure short-term and long-term strategic needs are met

·       Responsible for scheduling, planning, communicating and controlling the portfolio development delivery process and release schedules, liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners

·       Lead assessment and ensure cross-functional alignment of proposed solutions to ensure compliance with company policies

·       Act as the single point of contact for all IT related initiatives

·       Create and document best practices for tools and processes

·       Review and maintain documentation of processes and procedures

·       Help to minimize lost productivity by offering advice and know-how for common problems and questions, known bugs and fixes, and documented procedures

·       Help design, build and deliver training internally on applications, systems and process changes

·       Help prepare and execute comprehensive test strategies to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested

·       Contribute to and perform user acceptance testing

·       May directly oversee other Cognizant associates

Qualification:

·       Minimum 10 years of relevant experience required

·       Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certifications

·       Experience with AI and Generative AI

·       Expert knowledge of technology and strong project management skills

·       Database entry and maintenance experience

·       Ability to collaborate with teammates and clients through written and verbal communication

·       Ability to work collaboratively on team projects and establish positive working relationships with internal corporate function Leadership team and team members

·       Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, problem solve and work under minimal supervision

·       Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with associates at all levels

·       Demonstrate professional maturity in all situations

·       Ability to maintain confidentiality

·       Handle multiple tasks efficiently

·       Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to set priorities

·       High ethical standards

 

Work Experience:

Require someone with project management experience and extensive experience delivering applications tools and processes. Prefer experience in AI tools and Generative AI solutions.
