Sales Business Development Manager

Sales / Business Development Manager for Freight Forwarding Company in Mumbai, Maharashtra / Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Responsibilities:-
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships to grow business and help the company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Responsible for generating volume budget for all the products viz. Air Export, Air Import, Ocean Export, Ocean Import.
- Think critically when planning to ensure project success
- Delivering on Profitability & Volume Growth
- Regularizing Credit and Collection for Generated Accounts.
- Specific Management Projects as assigned.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (MBA Preferred).
- Proven track record of success in business development within the freight forwarding industry, with 5-8 years of experience.
- The average stint over a career span must be MIN 3 years, we don't want job-hopping candidates as we are looking for stability.
- ROI Expected 3-4 times of CTC
