Job Title: Associate Client Activation Manager

You have proven experience in marketing technology, specifically with the "CJ" platform. You possess a strong understanding of various marketing technology solutions, such as feeds, batches, links, reporting, and initial tracking checks. You excel at managing multiple accounts and tasks without error in delivery. You have excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. You have strong influencer and negotiation skills.

You will build and manage strong client relationships, utilizing strong influencing and negotiation skills. You will work in an open and transparent environment that values innovation and efficiency. You will collaborate with multiple teams internally and externally to support client onboarding and enhance client satisfaction. You will have opportunities to apply business management, financial concepts, and contracts knowledge to analyse business needs and develop recommendations.

What you will do:

Own the understanding of client end goals and act as the principal contact for operational and tactical issues, representing the delivery of all products and services to the client. Assume ownership and success of each new client onboarding, leading all aspects of the launch with the client, and ensuring workflow expectations and timelines are met according to service level standards and account tiers. Create, update, and nurture processes with stakeholders across organizations. Deliver excellent customer service and manage customer operational relationships. Act as a liaison between multiple teams internally and externally to support client onboarding. Provide recommendations and best practices to ensure advertiser accounts meet maximum quality setup standards before launch. Participate in Sales handoff/Launch Kick-off calls. Prepare clear, concise, and persuasive communications for multiple audiences, demonstrating effective writing, presentation skills, and active listening. Analyze issues or problems and develop/implement corrective action plans. Meet and adhere to Service Level Agreement standards. Demonstrate strong communication etiquette in calls and emails. Work across and foster a team environment with Sales, Tech, Legal, Finance, and Client Development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1+ year of experience working in digital marketing and project management Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks without error in delivery. Strong influencer and negotiation skills. Knowledge of business management, financial concepts, and contract analysis. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments. Good to have Project Management certification
