Your work profile
As a Senior Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
Desired qualifications
Practitioner with an experience of 6 - 8 years PT102 & PT103 Workforce Certified Consultant (Mandatory) Experience in Implementation, Administration, Configuration of Workforce Software Time, and Attendance module. Strong Knowledge in the business requirements analysis and writing the design documents. Expertise in using Workforce formula Language. Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process. Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently. Should have Good understanding on the workforce system flow. Should be able to analyse and understand the requirements of time management at global level. Should have experience in Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, TCP, Settings etc. Should have good knowledge on concepts of HR import and Payroll export.Location and way of working
Base location: Pan India This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work. Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.Your role as a Senior Consultant
