Your work profile
As a Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -
As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.
Desired qualifications
Candidate must have 3-4 Yrs of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Experience in implementation, support, rollout at least 1-2 Sf modules (SF EC is MUST) Experience to handle small/large scale team Interaction with business stakeholder, face customer meetings Project execution knowledge (SAP Activate methodology) Certification of any Sf module will be added value but NOT mandatory Experience in SuccessFactors proposal writeup Involved in process and functional/technical design activities Involved in analysis of AS IS and TO BE processes Creating functional or technical requirements as an input to application design Involved in application build, test, and deploy activities Planning and executing data conversion activities Developing and testing detailed functional and technical designs for business solution components Driving test planning and execution break fix, enhancements and problem management deliveryLocation and way of working
Base location: Pan India This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work. Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.Your role as a consultant
