SAPSuccessFactors TechnoFunctional Consultant will play a crucial rolein implementing and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors Human CapitalManagement (HCM) suite. This role combines technical expertise
with a deep understanding of business processes.Responsible for taking ownership and driving functional andtechnical changes and maintaining the system. Collaborating closelywith business stakeholders to understand and document businessrequirements design and configure the system
ensuringalignment with business needs and scalability. Work closely withthe vendor drive functional and technical discussion validatesolutions proposed by the vendor and the estimate for same andensure timelydelivery.

  • Responsibilities:
  • RequirementsAnalysis & Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders tounderstand and gather HR and business requirements. Analyzeexisting processes and system configuration and identifyopportunities for improvement.
  • Solution Design:Design and architect SAP SuccessFactors solutions based onidentified requirements. Develop and present functional andtechnical design documents.
  • Configuration andCustomization: Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules according tobusiness requirements.
  • Develop and implementcustom solutions when needed.
  • IntegrationManagement: Develop and manage integrations between SuccessFactorsand other enterprise systems.
  • Data Management:Understand data flow structure and mapping. Ensuring data integrityand completeness.
  • Testing and QualityAssurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality ofSuccessFactors solutions. Troubleshoot issues and coordinate useracceptance testing.
  • User Training and Support:Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support toensure the successful adoption of SuccessFactors within theorganization.
  • Documentation: Create andmaintain comprehensive documentation of SuccessFactorsconfigurations customizations integrations andprocesses.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to optimize the use of SuccessFactors invarious business processes.
  • Vendor Management:Work closely with the vendor drive functional and technicaldiscussion validate solutions proposed by the vendor and theestimate for same and ensure timelydelivery.
  • Upgrades and Enhancements: Stayinformed about new releases and updates to SuccessFactors. Plan andexecute system upgrades apply patches and implement new features.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in computer science Information Systems or a relatedfield.
  • Consultants having SAP SuccessFactorsAssociate/Professional Certification will bepreferred.
  • Proven experience as aSuccessFactors TechnoFunctional Consultant in a similar role.
  • Good understanding of Onboarding/OffboardingEC Performance and Compensation modules.
  • Strongunderstanding of SuccessFactors configurations customizations andintegration concepts.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translatebusiness requirements into technicalsolutions
