Summary

 

The Techno-Functional Fieldglass Consultant will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Fieldglass system, focusing on both contingent worker and Statement of Work (SOW) modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and functional expertise, along with extensive experience integrating Fieldglass with S/4 HANA, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, and Power BI reporting.

Your role in our mission

Key Responsibilities:

 

Fieldglass System Management:

 

  • Oversee and manage the Fieldglass system to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
  • Configure and customize Fieldglass modules for managing contingent workforce and SOW.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the Fieldglass administrative console and its integration with various systems.
  • Demonstrate experience in the Configuration Manager role and in configuring connectors within Fieldglass.
  • Work proficiently with the Fieldglass reporting module and its formulas.
  • Understand and configure rates in Fieldglass.
  • Configure workflows based on business requirements.
  • Provide technical and functional support for Fieldglass users, addressing and resolving system issues.

 

Integration and Data Management:

 

  • Design, implement, and maintain integrations between Fieldglass and S/4 HANA, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, and Power BI.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to develop and deploy integration solutions.

 

Reporting and Analytics:

 

  • Develop and maintain Fieldglass reports to support business operations and decision-making using Power BI.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance system utilization.

 

Project Management:

 

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Training and Documentation:
  • Conduct training sessions for Fieldglass users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the system.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations.
What we're looking for

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Fieldglass.
  • In-depth knowledge of contingent workforce and SOW modules in Fieldglass.
  • Proven experience integrating Fieldglass with S/4 HANA, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in Fieldglass or related technologies is a plus.
