JobDescription:

  • 5years of experience configuring implementing andsupporting the SAP SuccessFactors Successionmodule in a leadrole.
  • Associateor Professional certification in oneor more SAP SuccessFactors modules: SuccessionManagement Career Development Planning andMentoring.
  • Subjectmatter expertise in talent management businessprocesses.
  • Knowledgeableof current HR policies and practices and able to anticipate futuretrends affecting the business from a systems and processperspective.
  • Ability toelicit and document business requirements. Design implement andsupport solutions for complex Human CapitalManagement (HCM) business processes.
  • Conduct requirements anddesign sessions with customers to identify current processes andfuture stateneeds.
  • Documentrequirements and configuration decisions in the configurationworkbook and work directly with the client to obtain signoff of thefinal document.
  • Configureapplications to meet customer needs while providing bestpracticeguidance on HCMprocesses.
  • Work with teammembers to facilitate successful integration between modules andrelated businessprocesses.
  • Validateconfigurations through testing plans andscripts
  • Use standard toolsto execute data migration activitiesincluding data loads andvalidation
  • Trainendusers on specific processes andapplications
  • Providepostimplementation support services including incident managementrelease management and enhancementrequests.
  • Transferknowledge to the customer for ongoing maintenance &support
  • Keep abreast ofupcoming SAP releases andfeatures.
  • Maintaincertifications in your respective area(s) ofexpertise.

PREFERREDEXPERIENCE:

Functional skill inSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central &Succession is a must and Basic knowledge ofinterfacing within SF Cross modules isa plus.

Excellent proficiency inExcel andPowerPoint with a strong work ethic toindependently implement the SF Successionmodule.

Knowledge of MSProject and Visio is aplus.

Agileexperience preferred.
