Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Zonal Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi. This is a full-time role that requires overseeing sales operations within the defined zone, implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a thorough understanding of the dental industry.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability in sales strategy development (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong market analysis capabilities to identify growth opportunities (Mandatory skill)
  • Experienced in team management and leading sales teams toward achieving targets (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficient in customer relationship management to maintain and grow client base
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively and efficiently
  • Advanced data analysis skills to interpret sales data and trends
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, for effective client interaction
  • Ability to forecast sales trends and prepare relevant reports


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the targets within the assigned zone
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and seize new sales opportunities
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and establish new client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and upper management
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and develop plans to achieve them
