RoleInvolves:Responsible for Procurement Admin and Stores Operations ProductionQuality Control Supply Chain Sale of By Products MIS and reportingForecasting and Budgeting Environment Health and Safety Sanitationand Compliance.

PureLead NonOil Export Project.

PlantCapacity:1000 tons/month.

Roles& Responsibilities:

  1. Procurementand Sale of ByProducts
  • Ensure well in timeeffective optimum quantity and quality Raw Material Stores andConsumables.

  1. Adminand StoresOperations
  • Ensure flawless andeffective admin and storeoperations.
  • Assemble and prepareraw materials forproduction.
  • Maintain properstorage for material and product inventory in factory. Organizeinventory in an easytoaccessprocess.
  • Receive workers andassist them with the selection ofmerchandise.
  • Integrate bestpractices and standards in administrativefunctions.

  1. Production
  • Monitor / Cooperatewith the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely andaccurate load and qualityoptimumproduction.
  • Provide support forfacilities and maintenance department to minimize downtime.

  1. QualityControl
  • Complete qualityassurance testing on goods andmaterials.

  1. SupplyChain and logistics.
  • Monitor movement ofinbound materials or finished products and packages for seamlesssupply chain.
  • Ensuring that all themerchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled eitherinbound or outbound orshipping.

  1. MISandreporting
  • Collaborating withmanagement and upper management on budgeting for facilities needsEvaluate quality control processes and make recommendations forimprovements in qualitycontrol.
  • Analyse productionprocesses with production manager schedules methods and other dataand then provide management with reports containing the data andstatistics to enable management to better understand futurerequirements needed for the manufacturingprocess.

  1. ForecastingandBudgeting
  • Review and calculatelabor material and other production costs along with reviewingschedules and future production requirements to assist managementin decisionmaking.
  • Analyze and planworkflow equipment placement and space requirements to improvemanufacturingefficiency.

  1. EnvironmentHealth Safety Sanitation andCompliance
  • Performing routinemaintenance around the factory such as fixing structural damageequipment machinery andtools.
  • Applying preventativemeasures to the factory to reduce the risk of futureproblems.
  • Fixing potentialsafety hazards to avoidinjuries.
  • Ensure operationalefficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems throughtimely inspection andrepair.
  • Ensure that companypremises and facility workplace safety policies andstandards.
  • Implore and implementthe best environmental health and safety policies and strictcompliance.
  • Ensure a high levelof hygiene and sanitation allaround.
  • Ensure that thecompany’s manufacturing processes follow all governmentlaws andregulations.
