Role: Key Account Manager


Location : Hyderabad/ Ahmedabad


Experience: 4- 10 years


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our products/services based on client needs and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business reviews to key stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Monitor competition within assigned accounts and propose strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to build relationships and understand their operations.
  • Background in Human Capital Management (HCM) or Human Resources Management System (HRMS) solutions, with domain expertise will be considered as an advantage.
