Role: Key Account Manager
Location : Hyderabad/ Ahmedabad
Experience: 4- 10 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our products/services based on client needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business reviews to key stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Monitor competition within assigned accounts and propose strategies to maintain our competitive edge.
- Travel to client sites as needed to build relationships and understand their operations.
- Background in Human Capital Management (HCM) or Human Resources Management System (HRMS) solutions, with domain expertise will be considered as an advantage.
