Their digital insurance platform, Symphony, creates the tech stack for any insurance product, drives contextual distribution, and manages risk. Symphony also enables launching different insurance products with Affinity Groups in multiple formats - embedded API-driven, micro-sites, and assisted feeder files.
Their unique solution orchestrates multiple data sources and internal/external AI/ML models to improve decision-making.

About the Role:
  • Drives sales/Partnerships with affinity groups, such as Fintechs, Banks, Lending Groups, etc. by: Building the sales funnel of affinity groups, Pitching organisation's value proposition to the groups, Closing deals with affinity groups and ensuring that they go live
  • Execute a targeted sales strategy for affinity groups, focusing on health and life insurance products
  • Follow a structured sales process to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Devote approximately 70% of working hours to on-the-road activities, including meetings with affinity groups
  • Managing Sales Pipeline KPIs: Business development to sales conversion, Account-based targets, Overall business line targets
  • Coordinate with teams internally to go live with affinity groups

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in affinity sales in the insurance industry
  • Experience in Affinity business - Across Sales & Distribution, Strategic Alliances
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales and meeting targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
