Insurance Industry Affinity Sales Director

Arthan is an InsurTech company that develops innovative solutions for the insurance value chain. Their Symphony platform is a cutting-edge digital insurance solution that creates a tech stack for any insurance product, drives contextual distribution, and manages risk.
About the Role:- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for affinity groups, focusing on health and life insurance products.
- Build strong relationships with affinity groups, including Fintechs, Banks, and Lending Groups.
- Drive sales/Partnerships with affinity groups by pitching Arthan's value proposition and closing deals.
- Manage Sales Pipeline KPIs, including business development to sales conversion, account-based targets, and overall business line targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to go live with affinity groups.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in affinity sales in the insurance industry.
- Experience in affinity business, across sales & distribution, strategic alliances.
- Proven track record of successfully driving sales and meeting targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
