About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for affinity groups, focusing on health and life insurance products.
  • Build strong relationships with affinity groups, including Fintechs, Banks, and Lending Groups.
  • Drive sales/Partnerships with affinity groups by pitching Arthan's value proposition and closing deals.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline KPIs, including business development to sales conversion, account-based targets, and overall business line targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to go live with affinity groups.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in affinity sales in the insurance industry.
  • Experience in affinity business, across sales & distribution, strategic alliances.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales and meeting targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
