Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our Client Success Team as a Senior Client Success Manager. As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing our client relationships to ensure their overall satisfaction and success. This is a leadership role where you will be working closely with the clients as well as internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies to maximize client retention and upsell opportunities.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the software or technology industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in mentoring and leading a team of client success managers is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our services
  • Proactively work with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client issues or escalations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, identify challenges, and offer solutions
  • Lead and mentor a team of Client Success Managers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities
